Hula Hoop and Hoop Dance Workshop with Lansing Hoops

Learn the basics of hoop dance with Lansing Hoops’ Missy Cooke in this interactive workshop. Join Missy at SSLDL to learn space-themed hoop tricks, a celestial dance choreography, and planetary hoop games to celebrate a Universe of Stories! Plus, each participant will receive their very own hoop to decorate and take home! Come and learn the mysteries of this beautiful art form. - Assist beneficiaries in applying for “Extra Help”, the low income subsidy for Medicare prescription costs
- Help beneficiaries explore long term care insurance options
- Report identity theft, Medicare and Medicaid fraud, abuse and scams
